1. Matches will be played on 20m x 30m pitches with 3m x 2m goals.
2. Players must not wear any jewelry whilst playing.
3. Players must always wear shin pads when playing.
4. Teams are only allowed to make substitutions during a stoppage in play. Each team is allowed to make unlimited substitutions (a substituted player is permitted to re-enter the field of play)
5. A goal can be scored from anywhere on the pitch except from a goalkeeper kicking directly out of his hands.
6. Once a goal has been scored, play will resume by a kick-off at the Centre spot. The ball must be played backwards from kick-off.
7. All players are allowed in the marked area and Goalkeepers are permitted to leave the marked area.
8. The back pass rule applies in this tournament. The goalkeeper can pick up the ball with their hands if the ball is played to them by the attacking team. They can pass the ball with their hands providing the ball bounces before the halfway/midfield line. The goalkeeper must pass the ball with their feet if the ball is played to them by his own team.
9. If a penalty kick is awarded, the player may only take one step before striking the ball and the goalkeeper must remain within 1 yard of the goal line. The Penalty spot will be positioned at 5m from touchline.
10. There are no overhead height restrictions, should the ball leave the field of play a subsequent kick in will be taken to re-start the game.
11. All free kicks for fouls are direct. Players must be 3 yards away from the point at which the free kick is being taken.
12. There is no offside rule in play.
13. If a ball goes out of play a kick in will be taken to restart play.
1. A player who is sent off for any reason apart from violent conduct, using offensive, insulting, or abusive language and/or action(s) or biting or spitting at someone shall be suspended automatically for one match in the tournament immediately following the match he/she was sent off in. This includes 2 yellow cards received within the same match or a straight red card.
2. A player who is sent off for violent conduct whether he/she has previously been cautioned in the match or not, shall be suspended automatically for two matches. This commences immediately following the match in which they were sent off.
1. Should the match finish as a draw, penalties will be taken on a best of 3 format with all players within the squad eligible to take a penalty.Penalties can only be taken with one step before striking the ball.
